The situation in Poland is good and 36 million people, out of a total of 40, have been vaccinated with at least 1 dose. There are some limitations about the capacity in restaurants, meeting rooms and hotels but only for not-vaccinated people.

The hotel, at the check in, will ask to fill in a declaration in order to understand if each guest is vaccinated or not. With these information they can understand which capacity they should guarantee in each space.  Hands sanitizer stations are placed in different areas of the congress venue and the microphones, podium and meeting spaces will be cleaned frequently by the hotel staff.  Moreover, the Organizing Secretariat of the Congress, at the registration desk, will check the EU Digital Covid Certificate for each speaker and delegate, as well as for all the staff involved (hostesses, company staff and suppliers involved during the event). Even if not required, we will maintain 10sm meters from each chair to the other, and we will ask to wear the mask all day long.

Even if you will arrive from Schengen Area or outside Europe, you should certify that you are fully vaccinated with all vaccine doses required and 14 days have passed since his/her final dose was administered. The vaccination must be certified by the EU digital COVID certificate or another document, in Polish or English, confirming vaccination with a vaccine that has been authorised in the European Union.
No quarantine is requested if you are vaccinated.
